Amanda Marie Knox (born in the US) is a writer, journalist and activist. Her wrongful conviction of murdering Meredith Kercher in 2007, an acquaintance she shared a room with in Perugia in 2007, led her to serve nearly 4 years in the Italian jail. Ms Knox, 36, shared a picture of her growing baby on Instagram. The American mother of two is due to have her third child, Christopher Robinson. They got engaged in 2018 after which they were wed in the year 2019. The couple welcomed their daughter Eureka in 2021. It was DNA that backed up the prosecution. Knox's genetic prints were found on the blade and handle of an Italian Kitchen knife.
